ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed on the SAME business day if they are received BEFORE 1pm Pacific time. If an order is received AFTER 1pm Pacific time, it will be processed on the NEXT business day. All Items may not be in stock at the time of your order. Your order, and its selected shipping method is processed if item is in stock. All Items may not be in stock at the time of your order.

An ND Sales Specialist will contact you with an update of your order status once your order is processed.

FREIGHT:
All merchandise will be shipped Fedex.

RETURNS:
All returns must be within 30 days. A return authorization (R.A.) number must be first obtained by contacting our shipping department . A 20% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned unless you have made other arrangements with New Dimensions. 100% store credit will be allowed on most in stock returns. All return shipments must be prepaid. Please note that electrical items, books, CDs, bearings, video tapes, personalized, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable.

CLAIMS:
All merchandise is in good condition when leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost(box broken open) or damage via transit, you should immediately notify the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc...). ALL merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. DO NOT return the damage part(s) to New Dimensions.

LEGALITY:
We make no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Some items listed in the online catalog are intended for off road use only. New Dimensions does not make any claims of street legal use of these products which are not intended for use on public roads.

WARRANTY:
All items on this site (newdimensions.com, ndauto.com) are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse, faulty installation, failure of related parts or parts purchased other than from New Dimensions. Please call for specific warranty information on each product. Each manufacturer may supply different timeframes for their products.

BACKORDER:
We try to keep backorder to minimum. If there is going to be an unreasonable delay, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date. Some items may be dropped shipped from the manufacture.

CHECKS:
We hold personal checks for 5 business days for them to clear the bank. Your order will ship when we receive your cleared check back.

SALES TAX:
All California residents must include their local California sales tax.

OTHER:
Our agreement with Fedex states that all packages do NOT require a signature for packages being shipped. If you do not feel it is safe to leave the package please request signature required. Some shipments are drop shipped and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
